7 ottobre 2016 - Nell’ultima sua lettera circolare il Superiore della Provincia Sant’Annibale, P. Giorgio Nalin, in data 1° ottobre 2016, fra l’altro ha dato la seguente notizia.

“Desidero comunicarvi, infine, che, con il consenso del Consiglio Provinciale, verrà avviata prossimamente una presenza nella casa di Grottaferrata, che si trova chiusa da diversi anni, in vista di verificare la realizzazione in quella sede di una Casa di Preghiera e che ho affidato al P. Francesco Bruno, che ne ha promosso la disponibilità, l’incarico di dare inizio a questa nuova realtà.

6 ottobre – memoria di San Bruno – Nel giorno onomastico del Padre Generale vogliamo porgere a lui gli auguri più fervidi, impetrando dal suo santo Patrono abbondanti grazie per la sua persona, perché possano riversarsi in dono per tutta la Congregazione.        The Vocation Promoters and Formators of the Rogationist St. Matthew Province gathered for their annual meeting on October 2-5 in Bohol, Philippines. Fr. Jose Maria Ezpeleta, Councilor General for Formation and Religious Life together with Fr. Ariel Tecson, the Provincial Councilor for the same sector facilitated the meeting of seventeen formators from the various formation houses, namely: the Discernment and Aspirancy Houses, the Postulancy House, the Novitiate and the Center of Studies in the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Today, September 29, 2016, the universal Church celebrates a very important event, the Feast Day of Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. But also today, Frs. John Bruno and Vito di Marzio, rcj celebrated their 50^th Anniversary of Religious Profession. The Eucharistic celebration was done in St. Mary’s Parish at 5, 30 p.m. in Sanger, California.

Carissimi confratelli, abbiamo appreso da P. Gaetano Lo Russo, Superiore della Provincia S. Antonio, che il caro e amato confratello P. Antonio Tisci, è ritornato alla casa del Padre questa sera. Mentre accettiamo il disegno del Signore con tanto dolore, lo affidiamo alla sua misericordia.

The second meeting of Adopted children of Sri lanka was held on 24 September at Ratnapura Diocesan Pastoral center, Avissawella. All the children, except one along with their families were present. The diocesan youth director Rev. Fr. Nicholas graced the occasion with his introductory prayers and reflection. Frs. Lixon Puthanagady, adoption in charge welcomed all while Fr. Varghese Panickassery responsible of mission, gave guidelines and instructions on the adoption program. Parents along with their children prayed for all the sponsors and expressed their gratitude to the same.

Nel pomeriggio di oggi, 24 settembre 2016, nei primi vespri della 26ª Domenica del Tempo Ordinario, Mons. Angelo De Donatis,Vescovo Ausiliare di Roma, ha ordinato sacerdoti P. Antonino Fiscella, P. Giuseppe Pappalettera e P. Claudio Pizzuto, della Provincia di S. Annibale - Italia Centro Sud. Alla celebrazione hanno preso parte anche numerosi confratelli e sacerdoti amici degli ordinandi, nonché un folto gruppo di fedeli provenienti da Catania, Trani e Palermo.

Oggi, sabato 24 settembre 2016 la signora Malgorzata Gancarz ha emesso i primi voti tra le Missionarie Rogazioniste a Varsavia, in Polonia. Alla celebrazione, presso la cappella della Comunità Rogazionista, hanno partecipato anche la Responsabile Centrale, sig.ra Stefania Robledo, accompagnata dalle Missionarie Rogazioniste e Nena Amato, giunte in Polonia per l'occasione. Ora l'Associazione conta due missionarie in terra di Polonia, di cui una, Edyta, già con i voti perpetui.

On September 21, 2016, the St. Matthew Province paid festive tribute to its patron, the apostle and evangelist, highlighted by the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at the chapel of the Oasis of Prayer, dedicated to and named after the great saint. Fr. Herman Abcede, presided over the liturgy, with Fr. John Joffer Lucas delivering the homily, before an eager crowd of friends, benefactors and members of the growing Family of the Rogate. The feast, which was preceeded by a solemn triduum, ended with some traditional Filipino games.
