Herman Abcede, the Provincial Superior and Bro. Nilo Pelobello, the Provincial Treasurer to the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Multinational Village, Parañaque City on April 26-27, 2016. The Rogationist St. Matthew Province celebrated the 53rd World Day of Prayer for Vocations with the annual Youth Gathering called "Magbokasyon sa Bakasyon", to make the young be come more aware of the importance of praying and promoting vocations to the Priestly and Consecrated Life. This year's celebration was simultaneously held in different communities of the Province, particularly in Parañaque, Cavite, Cebu, Davao, Ilocos, Bataan, Iloilo and Pangasinan.
After days of celebrations, which until now doesn't show any sign of ending, out of joy for the ordination of the first Indonesia Rogationist Priest - Fr. Henrikus Gualbertus - Fr. Herman Abcede, the Provincial Superior and Bro. Nilo Pelobello, the Provincial Treasurer, officially did the Canonical Visit to the Missionary Station of Maumere, Indonesia from April 19-21, 2016, which was documented by Bro. John Joffer Lucas (Councilor on the Rogate, Laity, Youth and the Parishes), Fr. Orville Cajigal (Councilor on Charity and Mission) and Bro. Nilo Pelobello (Treasurer and Councilor on the Administration of Goods) met at the Oasis of Prayer in Silang, Cavite on April 3-5, 2016 to evaluate the first year of their term in the St. Matthew Provincial Council and to plan for the next.
