On December 28, 2011 REV. FR. REY VILLAMONTE, RCJ went to join our confreres in Sideia Mission Center in Alotau, Papua New Guinea. He was accompanied by Fr. Jessie Martirizar (General Councilor for Mission) together with Fr. Jeffrey Jagurin, Bro. Zander Conson and Tita Silver Salazar to NAIA I to get the Air Niugini plane bound to Port Moresby at 21:35 in the evening. Then immediately upon his arrival to Port Moresby he preceded to Alotau and in the following day he is expected to proceed to Sideia Island (a four hours travel by boat). Fr. Rey completes the community of Sideia including Fr. Ronaldo Victoria as Superior, Fr. Elmer Dula as Parish Priest and bro. Christian De Sagun as economo.
While in the Philippines preparing the documents for the Visa processing Fr. Rey facilitated the sending of 20-foot container of goods and machineries for the Sideia Mission Center which was received with much enthusiasm by the people of Sideia. He would like to thank everyone who helped in the realization of the said project.
We wish Fr. Rey all the best and accompany him and the other members of the community with much prayers, love and support.

Era accompagnato all'aeroporto da P. Jessie Martirizar (Consigliere Generale per le Missioni) insieme con P. Jeffrey Jagurin, Fr.llo Zander Conson e Tita Silver Salazar, membro dell'Unione di Preghiera per leVocazioni. Il suo viaggio con Air Niugini alle 21:35 lo portera' fino al capitale, Port Moresby. Subito dopo con un altro aereo raggiungera' la citta' di Alotau dove poi predera' la barca per procedere alla isola di Sideia (quattro ore di viaggio). La prensenza di P. Rey completera' la comunità di Sideia con P. Ronaldo Victoria - Superiore, P. Elmer Dula - parroco e Fr.llo Christian De Sagun - economo. Mentre stava ancora nelle Filippine per la pratica del visto P. Rey ha facilitato l'invio di un container di varie cose e macchinari destinati per il Centro Missionario Sideia che è stato ricevuto con grande gioia dagli abitanti di Sideia. Vogliamo ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno contribuito alla realizzazione del progetto. I nostri migliori auguri a P. To mark the Eucharistic Year in our Congregation, the Rogationist Communities of the Rogationist - Ngoya and Edea, Cameroon celebrate the Christmas Day together in Maison Saint  Hannibal Marie Di Francia - EDEA. A two-day outing is organized in KRIBI Beach for all our Religious Brothers and Priests the following day. On December 29, the communities together with the  Daughters of Divine Zeal  will be
visiting the "Pygmées du Cameroun" in order to share with them the Spirit of Christmas and to make presence with them the Eucharist. On New Year's Eve both communities of the Rogationist in Cameroon will stay together in the Scolasticat Saint Hannibal - NGOYA. P. Philip Golez

CONSOLIDATE HELP FOR THE CAGAYAN AND ILIGAN typhoon victims

I have noticed that many of us and of our community have tried to assist in their own way (big or small) the victims of the recent calamity in Cagayan city and Iligan city. Some of us have inspired so many people through our ministry of preaching to make their Christmas more authentic by extending help to the victims of the devastating flood. Some on the other hand wanted to help but unaware on how to concretize it.

As practiced in our PHILIPPINE Q-Province we solicit each community to share or help and we gather together amount every community would like to give and then send the said amount/s to the diocese/s where such calamity happened. Thus I appeal to everybody to share. Make a needed sacrifice or help even in the solicitation for this gesture. Then the amount saved and gathered will be sent to the Philippine Q-Province and we will give them directly to the responsible agency/ies of the dioceses of Cagayan and Iligan. 

Our little sharing if put together might be a great help for our brothers and sisters who are in grief this Christmas season.

Please let everybody disseminate this appeal. If you happen to read this inform immediately your superior/resposnsible so that immediate action be done....

Let's make our Christmas more meaningful with this concrete gesture.
