The Formation Institute of Saint Hannibal (FISH) officially begins the School Year 2019/2020 on August 14, 2019 with the opening Mass presided by the Bishop of Maumere, Mgr. Edwaldus Sedu at the Susteran Alma Chapel.Fr. Ferdinandus Tanga RCJ, FISH main coordinator, and Fr. Elmer Dula, as the responsible of the Rogationist Mission station in Maumere, Indonesia concelebrated in the Mass. In his homily, Bishop Edwaldus thanked the Rogationists for taking the initiative to form, educate and assist the aspirants and postulants in their formation toward the religious life.

The Rogationist of the Heart of Jesus Mission Station of Maumere, Indonesia celebrates on August 24 the Feast of the Apostle St. Bartholomew with the blessing of the Rogate Spring Water Station led by Fr. Dexter Prudenciano, RCJ, the Vicar Provincial of St. Matthew Province and the Councilor in-charge of charity and missions. Fr. Elmer Dula and Fr. Ferdinandus Tanga joined him in the rite of blessing. The celebration is attended by religious congregations and muslim communities.

August 13-16, 2019

Day 1.

The canonical visit officially started with the Mid-afternoon prayer at 3pm. Present in the initial meeting were Fr. Orville, Fr. Ronnie, Fr. Ulrich, Fr. Viktor, Fr. Jobert, Fr. Jonrey, Fr. Alvin, Bro. Nilo, Bro. Jeword and Bro. John. After the prayer, Fr. Ronnie reported the status of the House and the Rogate Enterprises. Afterwards, the community grabbed the opportunity of Fr. Alvin’s presence for some clarifications on administering the Oasis of Prayer and the signing of the Turn Over Documents. The day ended with the praying of the Vespers.

On August 3, 2019, Fr. Dexter Prudenciano, RCJ, the Provincial Vicar of the St. Matthew Province, received the First Profession of the Vows of Bro. Gabriel Martinez Mendoza, RCJ, upon delegation of Fr. Antonio Fiorenza, RCJ the Superior of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Delegation, to which the newly professed belongs. The rite, which was incorporated in the Eucharistic liturgy took place at the Chapel of the St. Anthony's Boys Village in Lalaan II, Silang, Cavite, was witnessed by confreres, some representatives of the Daughters of Divine Zeal and friends.

Nel corso dell'Assemblea Generale delle Missionarie Rogazioniste si è proceduto, nella mattinata del 24 agosto 2019, presso il Centro Getsemani di Capaccio-Paestum (SA), all'elezione della nuova Responsabile Generale e del suo Consiglio. Le Missionarie hanno designato come nuova Responsabile per il sessennio 2019-2025 la Sig.ra Filomena Amato, che sarà affiancata da: Stefania Robledo, Vice Responsabile ed Economa e Beatrice Nyirandikuryayo, Seconda Consigliera. A loro il fervido augurio di buon apostolato e buona missione, nella comunione del Carisma del Rogate.

A Paestum, presso il Centro Getsemani di Capaccio (Salerno), si sta celebrando in questi giorni l'Assemblea Generale delle Missionarie Rogazioniste per l'elezione del nuovo Consiglio Centrale. Il tema dell'incontro, che si tiene al termine degli esercizi spirituali organizzato dalle Famiglie Rog italiane, è: "Missionaria rogazionista, prendi il largo! (Lc 5,4)". Le elezioni della nuova responsabile centrale si prevedono per la mattinata di oggi, 24 agosto 2019.

Dal 19 al 23 agosto si sono celebrati a Paestum, presso il centro Getsemani di Capaccio, gli esercizi spirituali delle Famiglie Rog, giunti quest'anno alla loro 35ª edizione. Quest'anno l'incontro è stato arricchito dalla presenza dell'Unione delle Associazioni Rogazioniste (UAR) e dalle Missionarie Rogazioniste. È stata quindi un'occasione per condividere e gioire nel Signore per il Carisma del Rogate, consegnato alla Chiesa grazie a Sant'Annibale Maria Di Francia. Ha condotto le meditazioni P.

Ieri sera, 20 Agosto, verso le ore 22,00, il carissimo P. Euprepio Gennaro, all'età di 94 anni, è entrato nella vita eterna. Da un paio di giorni era stato ricoverato presso l’Istituto polispecialistico COT di Messina, Via Ducezio 1. La causa della morte è dovuta a complicazioni improvvise di natura ischemica. Nella mattinata aveva avuto una perdita parziale della parola e della coscienza.Vogliamo vivere questo momento nella fede e nella preghiera, accanto al Confratello che in tanti abbiamo amato e stimato.

En date du 4 août 2019 en la paroisse St Pierre Claver, dans l’archidiocèse de Bukavu en RDC, a eu lieu l’ordination presbytérale de notre confrère P. Wito Mwaruro Blaise par les mains de monseigneur François Xavier Maroyi archevêque de Bukavu. La joie était immense pour toute l’Eglise, notre Congrégation et surtout notre Quasi Province St Joseph d’Afrique qui, dans cette cérémonie était représentée par le Supérieur Majeur P. Humenansky Jozef et toute la famille du Rogate (les Rogationnistes et les Filles du Divin Zèle).
