Oggi alle ore 7pm, nella Cappella del nostro seminario, ha avuto luogo il conferimento del ministero del lettorato a due dei nostri seminaristi di secondo anno di teologia, Nicolas Manzo e Juan Reyes. Ha presieduto la celebrazione il vescovo ausiliare della diocesi di Guadalajara, Mons. Juan Manuel. Con lui hanno concelebrato i Padri Antonio Fiorenza,  giunto dalla California anche per questo evento, e Manesh Parakel.

23.10.2022 – In occasione Giornata Missionaria Mondiale P. Vito Lipari è stato invitato a partecipare negli studi rai televisivi per partecipare al programma Cristianità di Rai International. Egli ha parlato della sua esperienza missionaria in Brasile e in India.

Presso il Centro di Spiritualità - Casa per Ferie Rogate di Morlupo (Roma), dalla sera di martedì 18 al pranzo di venerdì 21 ottobre 2022 si è celebrata l'assemblea della Provincia S. Antonio. Mercoledì P. Adamo Calò ha presentato una relazione sul documento della Congregazione per gli Istituti di Vita Consacrata e le Società di Vita Apostolica "Economia a servizio del carisma e della missione. Orientamenti" e P. Gioacchino Chiapperini ha presentato l'Istruzione Economica rogazionista.

The Chapter assembly continued with the presentation of the work of the Commissions on the Administration of Goods, and Charity and Mission. Yesterday, the Commissions on Government, Religious Life, Rogate, Parish and Laity have already presented their work. The capitulars gave their observations and suggestions to the proposals made by the Commissions and then voted for them in the first and second readings. 

19.10.2022 - After some years, he deeply felt part of this country and the closeness to the people, especially the Filipino migrants and Spanish-speaking parishioners. More importantly, he has planted the seed of the Rogate in the Diocese of Brentwood, where the Rogationist presence right now is highly appreciated, particularly by the local Bishop and the clergy of the Deanery. The St. Matthew Province has a new servant-leadership team which the 53 capitulars of the 3rd Provincial Superior have elected today,  Oct. 19, at the Di Francia Auditorium of the Rogationist College Cavite. 

Fr. Orville Cajigal: Provincial Superior, re-elected 

Fr. John Joffer Lucas: Vicar Provincial,  Councilor for the Parishes, Laity and Youth Ministry 

Fr. Jessie Martirizar: Councilor for the Rogate 

Fr. Ronaldo Paulino: Councilor for Religious Life, Formation and Vocation Ministry 

The members of the 3rd Provincial Chapter of the St. Matthew Province have re-elected Fr. Orville Cajigal as the Superior of the Circumscription for another four-year term, 2022-2026. His election was confirmed by Fr. Bruno Rampazzo, Superior General, who is the President of the Provincial Chapter, after having consulted the General Councilors.

Fr. Cajigal, 45, was born in Quezon City in 1977. He has been a Rogationist religious for 24 years and a priest for 16 years.
