Papua Nuova Guinea: The Parish of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in the Rogationist Mission Complex in Sideia-Alotau, Papua New Guinea celebrates its Golden Jubilee Anniversary on September 24, 2017. The theme of the celebration is "Sailing with Christ beyond 50 years." 

The activities consisted in the recitation of the Rosary and Procession, the Festive Holy Mass presided by Fr Henry Ramos, RCJ, Parish Priest. In his homily, he emphasized the importance of celebrating a Jubilee year by singing the song "the Great Jubilee." 

6 ottobre – memoria di San Bruno – Nel giorno onomastico del Padre Generale vogliamo porgere a lui gli auguri più fervidi, impetrando dal suo santo Patrono abbondanti grazie per la sua persona, perché possano riversarsi in dono per tutta la Congregazione. Riportiamo un breve profilo della vita di San Bruno.

Headed by the Provincial Councilor for the Sector on Missions and Charity, Fr. Orville Cajigal, the St. Matthew Province resumed with its attempt to draft a Directory for all its educational institutions – it now calls collectively as the “Association of Rogationist Catholic Educational Communities in the Philippines or ARCECP” – by organizing its 2nd Rogationist Educators Workshop on October 2-4, 2017, a sequel to first held last February 15-17, 2017. Fr. Cajigal facilitated the participants Orientation about the entire event.

A seguito di regolare convocazione fatta dal Superiore Provinciale e controfirmata dall'Economo Provinciale, nei giorni 3 e 4 ottobre si riuniscono nella sede della Provincia a Bari per il loro incontro annuale, i Segretari UBA della Provincia S. Annibale. Nel pomeriggio di martedì 3 ottobre, giornata dedicata alla formazione, ha introdotto l'incontro P.

Oggi, 3 Ottobre 2017 con le Lodi solenni e la meditazione prolungata, noi Padri Rogazionisti della Quasi Provincia San Giuseppe, che lavorano in Camerun, abbiamo cominciato il nostro "Triduum" della Formazione Permanente, nella nostra Communità del Seminario Propedeutico di Edea. Il  P. Etienne Luamba Butsila CICM, Dottore in Psicologia della Loyola University negli USA e professore nelle diverse scuole teologiche e laiche, anima con grande professionalità il nostro incontro formativo, proponendoci I temi costitutivi della Vita consacrata e quella sacerdotale.

2 ottobre 2017 - Ieri,  primo giorno del mese missionario, festa della Patrona delle Missioni, Dottore della Chiesa e iniziatrice della "Piccola via" dell' infanzia spirituale, Santa Teresa del Bambino Gesù del Santo volto, nella Capitale della martoriata ed a noi tanto cara Repubblica Centroafricana, nel corso di una Santa Messa particolarmente solenne, presieduta dall’Arcivescovo metropolitano di Bangui Sua Eminenza Cardinale Dieudonne' Nzapalainga, è stato ordinato il primo sacerdote rogazionista di quel paese Padre Jean Freddy Armel Yonaba.

Parrocchia Corpus Domini alla Massimina - Nel pomeriggio di sabato 30 settembre è stato benedetto e inaugurato un ampio locale parrocchiale adiacente al grande atrio sul lato est-nord della Chiesa, ristrutturato con il contributo dei fedeli, già utilizzato per la raccolta caritas di indumenti, ma divenuto in pratica, nel tempo, angusto ricettacolo di materiale inutile da rigettare.

La Quasi Provincia San Giuseppe è ancora nella gioia e ringraziamento al Signore per il dono del sacerdozio. Sabato 30 Settembre 2017 nella parrocchia di "Saint Coeur de Maria de Mboue" della diocesi di Edea in Camerun, monsignor Jean Bosco Ntep ha ordinato tre sacerdoti Rogazionisti e un sacerdote diocesano della sua diocesi di Edea. I tre ordinati Rogazionisti sono Missinga Jean Landry, Ndomo Ekongolo Martial e Oloa Maurant Hervé. Tina Guy Maurice è il sacerdote ordinato per la diocesi di Edéa.

Fr. Jose Maria Ezpeleta, General Councilor in charge of the sector on Religious Life, Formation and Vocation Ministry, concluded on September 29  his three-week visit to the formation communities of St. Luke Province. In particular, he went to Bauru (Propaedeutic stage), Curitiba (Philosophy stage), Brasilia (Novitiate), Sao Paulo (Theology Center of Studies), all in Brazil,  and to the Seminary in San Lorenzo in Paraguay. He stayed for some days sharing the life of the community, and meeting with the Formation team and the formands.

It was a fortunate afternoon of September 27, 2017, for Fr. RG Cagbabanua and Bro. Francis Ferruci Cayao to bid the Province of St. Matthew farewell in the presence of its entire Provincial Council (who just concluded their monthly meeting) before they left for the airport on their way to Tarragona, Spain. May their missionary presence and services there be, with God's grace, for the good of the His vast Vineyard.
