Accompanied with prayers, full of hope that the experience will lead them to an encounter with the Lord of the Harvest and lead them to a deeper communion, better knowledge of the life and apostolate of the Congregation and more mature discernment about their vocation, the 15 Postulants of the St. Matthew Province were officially sent to have their Apostolic Exposure. The simple rite led by Fr. Jessie Martirizar, the Postulant Director, was incorporated in the Eucharistic liturgy presider over by Fr.

The Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus Missionary Station of Seoul, South Korea organized once again this year a Medical Mission in various parishes in Central Luzon in the Philippines. It was co-organized by various groups: Joseph Clinic (Malabon City), Lukes Association of OSAN Vicariate of Diocese of Suwon, South Korea and sponsored by JejuAir Inc., Yeongduengpo Joseph Clinic and Galgotdong Parish Church.

6 ottobre – memoria di San Bruno – Nel giorno onomastico del Padre Generale, P. Bruno Rampazzo, vogliamo porgere a lui, che oggi è in volo verso l’Australia e quindi verso le Filippine, per presiedere al Capitolo della Provincia San Matteo, gli auguri più fervidi, impetrando dal suo santo Patrono abbondanti grazie per la sua persona, perché possano riversarsi in dono per tutta la Congregazione. Riportiamo un breve profilo della vita di San Bruno.

Il 5 ottobre 2018, alle ore 19.00, nella “Basilica Santuario di Sant’Antonio” di Messina, vi sarà la presentazione degli ultimi due libri di P. Mario Germinario: “Il nichilismo e la decadenza dell’occidente avviene per aver eclissato Dio” e “Poesie diversive”. La Dott.ssa Milena Romeo regolerà gli interventi di: P. Vito Magistro, Educatore e Operatore sociale; Prof. Sandro Gorgone, Filosofo – Università di Messina; P. Gaetano Lo Russo, Pedagogista e pubblicista.

Today, on October 2, 2018 India as a Nation celebrates it as  ‘Gandhi day” honoring the great soul-Gandhi for his ardent love for nonviolence and nature. Rogationist Academy too celebrates this special day as the environment day motivating the students to nurture love and care for nature. Staff and students of RA along with the other allied course students (DB Tech) spent their non –school day as the environment day.  In remembrance and tribute to Gandhi, they cleaned the classrooms, corridors, gardens and surroundings.

Bro. Joseph Nguyen Huu Binh, a Vietnamese Rogationist in Practical Training, left for a missionary assignment to Papua New Guinea on September 29, 2018, after a prolonged period of waiting for his missionary visa to be released. He was accompanied by Bro. Nilo Pelobello, SMP Provincial Treasurer.

Here is the invitation card to the Ordination to the Sacred Priesthood of seven Rogationists scheduled on October 20, 2018, at the conclusion of the Provincial Chapter of St. Matthew Province and a day before the World Mission Sunday. The seven priests include the first four Rogationist priests from Vietnam, the second Indonesian Rogationist priest, and two Filipino Rogationists. Let us accompany them with our prayers as they prepare for this important moment of grace in their lives.
