Padre Orville Cajigal RCJ, Superiore della Provincia San Matteo, ha comunicato il 24 luglio 2023 che sono ammessi all'Ordine Sacerdotale tre diaconi vietnamiti, il Rev. Thomas Nguyen Minh Tai, il Rev. Joseph Nguyen Dinh Thong e il Rev. Francis Xavier Nguyen Phuc Thien. I tre diaconi saranno ordinati sacerdoti in Vietnam in una data da concordare con il Vescovo di Dalat. Questo sarà un evento significativo nell'anno di celebrazione del 20° anniversario della presenza dei Rogazionisti in Vietnam. Attualmente ci sono 11 sacerdoti, 3 diaconi, e 20 religiosi studenti rogazionisti vietnamiti.
I diaconi Tai e Thong hanno terminato gli studi di teologia presso la Don Bosco School of Theology di Paranaque, nelle Filippine, mentre il diacono Francis Xavier ha completato gli studi presso il Blessed Philip Rinaldi Theologate di Ho Chi Minh City, in Vietnam. Entrambi gli Istituti Teologici sono gestiti dai Salesiani e affiliati all'Università Pontificia Salesiana di Roma.

Admission to the Priesthood of 3 Vietnamese Deacons
Fr. Orville Cajigal RCJ, Superior of St. Matthew Province, has announced on July 24, 2023, the admission to the Order of Priesthood of three Vietnamese deacons, Rev. Thomas Nguyen Minh Tai, Rev. Joseph Nguyen Dinh Thong, and Rev. Francis Xavier Nguyen Phuc Thien. The three deacons will be ordained priests in Vietnam at a date to be agreed with the Bishop of Dalat. This will be a significant event in the year-long celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Rogationist presence in Vietnam. Presently, there are 11 Vietnamese Rogationist priests and 3 Vietnamese Rogationist deacons, and 20 Vietnamese Rogationist religious students.
Deacons Tai and Thong finished their theology at the Don Bosco School of Theology in Paranaque, Philippines, while Deacon Francis Xavier completed his studies at Blessed Philip Rinaldi Theologate in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Both Theological Institutes are run by the Salesians and affiliated with the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome.
