The Rogationists in Vietnam actively participated in the celebration of the 54^th World Day of Prayer for Vocations in two dioceses, namely: Phu Cuong and Soc Trang, on May 7, 2017. The confreres and the aspirants set up booths during the youth camp organized for hundreds of young people from different parishes of the two dioceses. The World Day of Prayer for Vocations is widely celebrated in all the dioceses in Vietnam, with moments of prayer, adoration, catechesis and the Eucharist.

The Rogationist St. Matthew Province has organized a Series Talks on the theme “Communion in Communities”, spread out through the entire year, with the venue at the Oasis of Prayer - Rogationist Spirituality Center in Silang, Cavite.

In questi giorni, dal 9 al 13 maggio 2017, è in atto la terza sessione di formazione permanente curato dalla Provincia S. Annibale Italia Centro Sud a Shenkoll, in Albania. Agli incontri è stato presente P. Giorgio Nalin, Superiore Provinciale, il suo Consiglio quasi al completo, diversi confratelli e P. Matteo Sanavio, Consigliere Generale per le Missioni, che ha presentato il Documento Capitolare.

Domenica 7 maggio 2017, nella parrocchia di S. Antonio di Padova e S. Annibale Maria a Piazza Asti in Roma si è celebrata la 54ª Giornata Mondiale di Preghiera per le Vocazioni in una forma particolarmente solenne, coinvolgendo tutta la Comunità dei fedeli. Alla S. Messa, presieduta dal Superiore Generale P. Bruno Rampazzo, hanno infatti partecipato molte famiglie della parrocchia e tutti i bambini che, in preparazione della loro prima comunione, il giorno prima hanno celebrato la festa del perdono con la prima confessione.

On the 54^th World Day of Prayer for Vocations, St. Mary’s Church celebrated it through the renewal and commitment of 8 members of the Parish Vocation Ministry-LARVA (Lay Rogationists Vocation Animators) during the 11 a.m. Eucharistic celebration presided by Fr. John Bruno, the pastor, and concelebrated by Fr. Edwin, the priest in-charge of the LARVA in Sanger. Vocation Exhibits and posters regarding the World Day of Prayer for vocations were also displayed in front of the Church together with stampitas and materials for vocations.
