First Day, March 16, 2018

On March 13-16, 2018, Fr. Herman Abcede, the Provincial Superior, did his Canonical Visit to the Quasi Parish of the Holy Family in Talobatib, Labo, Camarines Norte. Including in his itinerary, a visit on foot to its farthest chapel, he made sure to spend time in dialogue with the religious community, together and individually. He also had an opportunity to meet the Parish and Barangay Pastoral and Finance Councils. Bro.

• On March 5, 2018, the new leaders of St. Anthony's Boarding for Boys had their induction at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish. The care of the boarding boys in the Mission Station is under supervision of the Rogationists, while the care of the boarding girls are under the supervision of the Salesian Sisters.
• St. Mary’s Boarding for Girls welcomed 57 female students from Grade 3 to Grade 8 (12 Grade 8, 10 Grade 7, 11 Grade 6, 7 Grade 5, 7 Grade 4 and 10 Grade 3 students.

In a short, yet packed two-day affair, Fr. Herman Abcede, the Provincial Superior, did his Canonical Visit to the St. Hannibal Empowerment Center, during which he had an encounter with the religious community, as a group and individually, as was his main thrust. He also met the leaders of the St. Hannibal Christian Community and of its Rogate Youth Ministry in Pasay City, and the leaders of the Port Area of Baseco Neighborhood Associations’ League and its own Rogate Youth Ministry in Tondo, whose Parish Priest they also visited​

            Il nostro Fondatore, sant’Annibale Maria Di Francia, insigne apostolo della preghiera per le vocazioni e padre degli orfani e dei poveri, ci ha lasciato come importante scelta nei riguardi del Papa il seguente impegno:

Roma Piazza Asti - Venerdì 16 marzo alle 20 nella nostra chiesa, il famoso attore di fiction di RAIUNO, Riccardo Leonelli, presenterà lo spettacolo da lui preparato e interpretato su Padre Pio.....a partire dalle sue lettere. Pensato in occasione del 50 della morte che sarà a settembre. L'evento si colloca all'interno degli eventi culturali e spirituali pensati per i venerdì di Quaresima. Padre Pasquale

Sabato 10 marzo 2018, il Consigliere Generale p. Gilson L. Maia e due coppie delle Famiglie Rog di Atripalda sono stati accolti con gioia dalle Famiglie Rog di Bari e dal loro assistente ecclesiastico p. Nicola Bollino, presso il Santuario della Madonna della Grotta. Dopo l'incontro del pomeriggio in cui p. Gilson ha voluto conoscere le dieci coppie di Bari e sottolineare l'importanza di formare tutti insieme una grande e unita famiglia carismatica, nella grotta della Madonna si è celebrata la Santa Messa, presieduta da p. Gilson.

The tribute commenced early in the morning of March 10, 2018 with a simple prayerful rite, followed shortly by a motorcade from the site where the tragic death of the young priest happened – where now stands St. Hannibal Mary Di Francia’s statue, to the St. Francis Xavier Parish, where he spent the last moments of his priestly and missionary life. The celebration of the Holy Mass was presided over by Fr. Niptale Frogosa. In the afternoon, there was a sharing of testimonies about Fr. Diego delivered by those who encountered him first hand.
